    On 21 January, the Osaka Prefectural Police Minami Police Station arrested Ismael Ramsey Khalid (23), a US citizen internet distributor known as Johnny Somali, on suspicion of trespassing on a construction site in Nihonbashi, Osaka, for repeated disruptive behaviour. This was learned from interviews with investigators.
    
    Khalid repeatedly expressed extremist views and behaviour in Japan and live-streamed videos of his behaviour. He is often talked about on social networking sites as an "unsolicited distributor" who earns money by charging viewers.
    
    According to past videos, he has made statements on trains to the effect of 'dropping atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki', and has also committed annoying acts such as slandering Japanese people on the streets.
