  • Condition: All six of these silicone respirator masks are in very good condition. The visors show negligible signs of normal wear, including a few fine scratches, none of which interfere appreciably with ordinary vision. These were all used no later than 2009; they were flow-tested in autumn 2008. I've wiped down the silicone, visor, and valve housings with isopropyl alcohol. The silicone has since picked up some fine, clean lint. I haven't cleaned the ribbed hoses or the valves themselves.

    Description

    For sale are 6 Sperian Survivair SAR masks, last used in a bioresearch lab in 2009. I cannot determine size, but measurements at the widest and tallest parts of the face opening are 8.5" x 5". I have kind of a horsey face, and am able to obtain a perfect and comfortable fit. They aren't lightweight, however: each weighs 2lbs 2oz (1kg). They are vastly adjustable and will fit most faces. Included is a neck retention strap.
    The masks are equipped with
    a passive exhaust valve and
    an air intake with an expandable rubber supply hose. They are compatible with the Mark 2 SAR regulator, of which I have six in another listing. The regulator is designed to hang on a stout waist belt.
