Got some folks playing games with this, "buying it" and canceling the sale before it is shipped, over and over... from new old stock, size medium, opened to install the BA-5800 A/U Lithium Battery (purchased 3/2021) and test - it turned on and functioned. Also includes (2) adapters for the 40mm filter to 3M Respirator Filter type, the belt, etc - everything pictured. Sold as is, no warranty, due to the nature of how people use these - CBRN - not something I can accept a return on. (2) filters included, as a bonus for free, however note the date on them is 2010.
